“Teach me to do Your will, for You are my God; let Your good Spirit lead me on level ground.” (Psalm 143:10) On the 4th Sunday of Great Lent, Fr. George offered a prayer of blessing for the servants of God who desire to seek the Lord more deeply and undergo a period of discernment as they contemplate joining the Holy Orthodox Church. After they introduced themselves, Fr. George and those present prayed that God guide them, illumine them, and strengthen them on their journey toward Him. While not all of our 25 catechumens could be with us, those below represent the blessings we have received from their friendship, support, and participation in our parish family.
