Join us this Sunday, August 2. Fr. George will bless the five loaves (Artoklasia Service) for our August "Parish Thanksgiving Sunday" being offered by Helen and George Psihountas. Next he will offer the Blessing Service of the New School Year, 2026-2027 and encourage our youth to bring their backpacks for me to bless as well. [Katie Wilson will introduce our Religious Education Teachers, Parent Assistants, and Classroom Assignments during our Coffee Fellowship time.] You will not want to miss this kick-off Sunday with prayer, fellowship, and glory to God! Before the distribution of Antidoron, Fr. George will offer the Blessing of the Prayer Shawls that are being donated to the Coweta Samaritan Clinic. We are thrilled to welcome Executive Director, Kelly Hines and possibly Founder and Volunteer Medical Director Dr. Kay Crosby who will receive them. After the Prayer Shawl Blessing, parishioners will offer their August thanksgiving blessings.
